2019 Patient Feedback Survey

In late 2019 we concluded a patient feedback survey as part of our quality improvement programs. We would like to thank all of our patients who participated in this survey. We would also like to apologise for the delay in publishing the results and our responses to the survey. 

We began meeting to discuss the results and report in early 2020 and as with many things that year it was put aside while we responded to the many changes brought about by the pandemic. 

We held another staff meeting to review the report and finalise our responses this year.

Longer appointments are available and may be required for various reasons such as procedures, counselling and medicals. If you feel you may need an extended appointment, please let the receptionist know so that they can allocate extra time.
